Take a shuttle bus to Tennoji bus stop. 10minutes by walk from the bus stop.

From Kyoto
Take JR from Kyoto station to Osaka station (better take Special Rapid Service), change the train to JR LOOP line. Get off at Shin-Imamiya station, East Exit, 3 minutes on foot.
