The rooms were very small.. if 4 people are supposed to stay in the room for more than one night you can't fit the suitcases in a place where they are out of the way..

The daytime manager is unfriendly. THE reception area was very tiny, the rooms are tiny and the overhead bunks are too low, there's hardly any headroom, even though i'm short. The free breakfast was good, but the lady serving us looked like she hated all of us. The breakfast room was located all the way to the bottom, it felt like a dungeon. And they don't have a microwave! And the fridge was also tiny, like for one person in a college dorm. But the location was excellent.The walls in the rooms had peeling wallpaper and the walls by the stairs were covered by canvas and there were inspectors checking out the rotting(?) wood behind the canvas. The bathrooms were in excellent shape although the haidryers were not so efficient. Oh, the lights in the rooms went out but the hallway lights were on, it did provide us a way to socialize with the occupants of the other rooms,since all of us gathered in the hallway.The evening managers were friendly and helpful. The lady during the day was also very helpful.

We booked a 4 person rooma nd we had a 6 person room, very cramped couldn't walk between the beds. Staff was very not very helpful whena transit strike was on they told us that othing was running and we were very upset to find out they were wrong and we had rearranged the trip because of bad information.
