Overall, I would say a 9 out of 10. The only thing maybe was the breakfast. Even though it was really good, maybe you could also include some type of cereal. That doesn't cost too much and that way guests can switch it up a little bit. I got kind of tired from eating toast and bagels every morning.

I had a wonderful time at this hostel, and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in San Francisco. The staff was excellent and always helpful, whatever the hour of the day. The rooms were nice, the other guests were very friendly, the kitchen and common area is large and accomodating.

Excellent Hostel - very international in regard to the different guests and staff. Hosel can help arrange tours and airport shuttles for you, much cheaper than the competition can. Washer and dryer in basement, full kitchen, institutional sized refrigerators, very clean rooms. The 10 bed bunks in common room actually offer more privacy than the 6 bed private rooms, just based on the way the bunks are designed. I will definately stay here again and reccomend it highly to all who ask.

Hei !!! thank you for a wonderful stay ..We lived in the Patrick room and everything was perfect...We will for sure come back again....It´s going to be a beautyful hostel when the upper floor gets the same finish as the one below .....best wishes anja Poulsen
