I was not at the hostel to have fun so have given it a high rating but it is not designed for fun and that it why it is so good like a home away from home.

Excellent all round. Elke and Maxi were so welcoming and a mine of useful information! The property is beautiful, the terrace especially is a great way to relax and have a drink after a long day out in Rome. Excellent breakfasts, great food and lots of choice. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend and return there ourselves.

Was not welcoming later at night when we arrived. It was hard to get a hold of someone when we buzzed. The next day when we came to pick up our luggage, again - the staff was irresponsive to our buzzing. We almost missed our flight.

This hostel is brilliant. It is clean, spacious, lots of hot water, great breakfast, very convenient location and very helpful staff.

Excellent. This hostel is really a cut above the rest. It has a fantastic outside patio/common area. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, and helpful. Good location near the Collesuem and the A line. The only slight complaint was that the bathroom floor tended to get a bit wet. Other than that, it was pretty much perfect. I don't think you can do better for such a reasonable price.

GREAT bed and breakfast for its price. AMAZING staff, Maxi and Elke were WONDERFUL hosts. Breakfast was good, it consisted of deli cuts, bread, tomatoes, egg, cereal, yogurt, cake, juice, tea, coffee- buffet style. a DEFINITE recommendation to anyone that is looking to save money and still get a decent place. Oh, and if you are new to Rome, no worries because Maxi and Elke are definitely VERY HELPFUL and will have some great tips for you. Hope you pick this place, I definitely recommend it.

Great hosts, great breakfasts, and quaint little place to stay. Not far from metro stops and if you really like to walk, then not too far from the Colloseum and what not.
