The problem of this hostel is that the first floor is music pub. Sunday was noisy becuase of a party in music pub. But Monday and Tueday had no problems. Staff was very friendly and taught me the way to the museum gently.

The hostel was intresting. It was at the center of things so that was good. THe rommies were very intresting. The cleanliness of the showers, bathroom and sheets left much to be desired but all in all good. The plumbing on the top floor was messed up but the shower on the first was great@

awesome place, would definitely recommend staying here. Its real close to central station and to the mac bike store so you can get a bike and ride around the small town of amsterdam quite easily. Decently clean place, lockers were fine, beds were surprisingly comfortable and the people were amazingly cool. It gets a little hot at night in the bigger rooms (i'd recommend getting a 4 bed room), but otherwise a real chill place.

I stayed in this hostel one night, and I did not sleep at all. The guy in the reception kept talking over the phone without any regards of us, who wanted to sleep. Really noisy overnight. They charge you extra for everything, and one restroom and one shower is shared by everybody. You have to bring your own toilet paper, and the shower is so small without any space to put your clothes, away from the rooms. One staff member was really nice though. I ám not planning to come back, but if you thing you can handle it, go for it. The location is good.

Quite smelly and dirty. Hard to get up the stairs with a backpack on. No rrom in the bedroom to put luggage without it being in someones way. Breakfast not worth it - bread & nutella.

This was a great place to stay, if you are just looking for a place to sleep. The beds were really clean, and the blankets were warm. The water during a shower would change from warm to cold, but I was just thankful for some hot water. I thought it was a little spendy for what you got, but overall I did not have any complaints.

Staff always had a smile on their face and were extremely helpful with anything we needed. Would recommend to everyone!

A very small hostel, probally could do with a few more toilets and showers, also somewhere to get changed without getting your clothes wet would be a good idea. Crazy stairs to get into the place, but this does add character. Umm breakfast...bread and spread! Overall very clean and quite central to station and red light district, possibly abit overpriced for what we got but hey its just a place to sleep after all.
