It is a very nice place, but I would like that the staff suggest things to do in SF and you should have a place in common to meet other people.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was really friendly and always ready to help and you are 10 minutes walk away from everything you could possibly need!
It wasn't that clean but cheap, in a nice area and the staff was very friendly.

the location is super AWESOME!!!! it's near downtown, powell st, bart and muni station and cable car!!!! By the Cable Car, you can easily approach north coast sightseeing spot, including Chinatown, fisherman's waft, pier 39 and cannary. by the way, the girl working at Saturday night is super nice, the rest of workers are nice though. the waffle is....kinda decent, not like very delicious, but something better than nothing. besides they got everything in the kitchen, it would be easy to buy somestuff from walgreen, which is quiet near to the hostel. and cook in the kitchen!!

The stay was excellent. Not a good place for princesses who need extra squeeky clean service or are afraid of sleeping on the top bunk of the bunk beds. Its a hostel so its cheap and you should appreciate what you get because you get free breakfast, free renting of movies, and cable in the TV room. Overall a great experience for the price you pay for and I would recommend it to everyone.

Good location, friendly helpful staff, maintenence problems dealt with efficiently. I'd stay here again.
