Great place to stay! I found the hostel pamphlet quite funny with what looks like someone urinating alongside the wall. I found the toilets were fine except for a lack of hooks on which to hang my clothes. The towel racks in some of the toilets are directly above the toilet, and does not make for a very nice place to put my clothes lest they fall into the toilet. The wireless access on the second floor is poor. I could not access the internet using my laptop as my connection kept cutting. A working facility in this regard would have been great. Other than that the hostel was a great place to stay. It is well positioned. The hostel is clean, tidy, the graffiti on the wall is fun to read and the day tour facilities are great.

Make sure you get to take in the free walking tours provided, they are a fantastic and infomative way to get your bearings before striking out alone.
I thought this place was a great place to crash when traveling through Florence. The breakfasts are the best in any hostel you may find. Just minutes from the Train station too, made it easy to find.

This is an awesome hostel with a great staff. It is a unique building and has everything you need. I definitely recommend staying a few nights here!

All the staff but one were great to work with. Some advice to that one staff would be to find another job if you hate working with tourist so much that you feel the need to be mean.
Great location. Around the corner from the station and a couple of blocks from some of the main museums. The breakfast was awesome. Probably the best breakfast I had on my trip. The only thing to remember is your key when you go out. My friend forgot her key and door security gave her a hard time for forgetting it.
