Best hostel out of the five different ones I stayed in around Europe. Very clean, cool/helpful staff, and tons of amenities! Having a co-ed shower and bathroom area was weird, but do-able...

The carpet and the kitchen was very dirty and curtaines in the room would have been more than welcomed but the staff is kind and a very good location.

We were a group of five girls spending five days in Dublin.We really enjoyed our stay at Avalon because it is good value for money, the location is good and the staff is really nice and helpfull.Nevertheless, we must say that the building needs restoration: a bit of painting and get out the carpet...and some dairies for breakfast would be perfect...
