Temple Bar is a perfect place for party animals, not so much for lihgt sleepers ! The 6 bed dorm is really small (6 girls = 6 suitcases/bakcpaks & 6 handbags) !!

I advise this hostel to everyone who want to have near guiness bars and good fun outside. But watch out for noise in the evening and in the morning when the guiness is supplied to the bars. But very clean, safe and professional. A.K

The staff wasn't terribly friendly, but wasn't real unfriendly either. Just kind of in their own little world. Location was amazing, great kitchen. I didn't like that the kitcen closed for hours at a time. Great rec room. Kind of like a maze.
Twin rooms were a bit too small for the price (and seeing as it was summer very warm as a result). Ideal location though

Private bathrooms for each room, and right next to Temple Bar. It can be a little noisy at night though, but it doesn't matter if you are at the bar.
I warmly recommend this place to everybody : that's the best youth hostel i've seen in Dublin.
