I enjoyed staying at Bextel. They had everything available for use that a hostel should have: Internet, breakfast, a/c, excellent friendly staff (that really takes care of you and doesn't try to take advantage of you), excellent information on things to do in Singapore, as well as things to do in the Hostel if rainy. Even though relatively far from tourist area, buses and MRT are easy to use. Highly Recommend.

I loved it here it was really friendly, welcoming and fun. I met some really cool people and i did the tour which was really interesting and i learnt lots that i wouldnt have known without going! I miss thsi place already.

I really enjoyed staying here. 16 person dorms scared me off a little bit but worked out perfectly fine.
The common room is great.
Especially because of the staff. For instance, every friday they organize their world famous food walk which is not only fun and informative but also enables you to meet great people.

I really enjoyed my stay here, and the staff - especially the guy working at night - were awesome. Though the hostel is a long walk from the nearest MRT stop, the 33 bus is very convenient for getting to the central areas of the city. Overall, a good hostel.

My stay at Betel Box was very good. The staff is helpful and nice! They help you where ever they can.
Only the location is not worth en "excellent". That's because it's not in the center of the city but a maybe 20 min busride away (cost: S$1.50 or roundabout S$10.- by Taxi). - So it's still very good! Some people like it like this, beaucause it's quieter - so did I.

great hostel, with really great staff who will bend over backwards to help you. They also go out of their way to make you feel at home. Great location considering singapore has great public transportation/mrt system.
