When I first arrived I had to wait to check in because everyone was gone on a break, but later I was reassured. The location could not be better. Its right behind the museum quarter.

This place had a great location with very direct, friendly staff. Our room had a very social environment, which made it easy to meet new people. Over all it was a good place!

Ok for travellers that want to be located very close to some of the sites. You won't find the party scene here. Beds and facilities were clean. Staff was average, I've had better...

Staff isn't kind.Regardless of opning hourat front desk,written until 1am,she wounld't like take care of guestsbecause of her sicknessabout 11pm.Education level as staff and this of english are very bad too.

1. Tt is not convinent,we have to go to another place for accomodation,holding blankets and pillows in arms. It is difficult for a women if no one help her.
2. The waiter is too old for memories and her english is so poor. She asked me to pay for another 10.33 euroes for booking, however, which has been paid by card. And she denied that I had paid these money when I checked out.

This was quite a good place to stay in most respects. Very helpful staff, good location near Mariahilferstrasse and the U-bahn. I would definitely have no problem staying here again.

the place is so an old club, that they have put a few bunks in, very crammed, not much air.....and the should really replace the yellow black light things in the back room with normal lights

When we have asked for the receipt of our payment, they have pretended to not understand our question and so we have not had it; besides, we have not been registered, they have only asked us for the anticipated payment of the fare.

Well I arrived there late at night, very tired, with huge backpack and a 16kg suitcase, plus laptop and another small backpack. And the first thing I got from the staff was that I needed to go get money to pay the hostel immediately, for they didnt take credit cards. Once I came back, they had to owe me 5 euros, because they had no change. Then I had to walk 2 blocks to where my buildin was (they had sepparate buildings) and find out how to get inside. I managed to get myself settled in and didnt have any more contact with the staff except when I came to pick up my 5 euros. They gave me one shitty map, no towels, and a bunch of rules to follow, along with absolutely no info about the city. There was absolutely no fun at all, and I actually saw very little ppl around, must have been because the hostel is such a shitty place to hang out. The location is marginally good, but getting there isnt so easy because its not very close to the metro, and the trams and buses can be tricky for first timers like me. Apart from that you kinda have to figure out on your own how to get into the center and etc. So my advice is, stay somewhere else!
