The staff was extremely rude and very unhelpful..the building we stayed in was just like a building site..should wait til its ready before advertising available rooms..toilets were quite dirty,boxes of empty bottles lying around&other rubbish...one of the worst hostels i stayed in during my holiday!!!

The lady at the reception was completely rude, obnoxious and easily this was the worst hostel I have ever stayed out. there are not any lockers, if there are, they are broken. No free internet. No free luggage storage. half of the hostel is under construction. The reception closes as 12mn and if you stay out later than that, you have to climb an obstacle course to get to your room. The lighting is horrible and let me emphasize the witch lady is absurdly rude and mean. I recommend not staying here if you want to enjoy vienna, as I was not able to.

It was a construction site when I was there, and seemed very disorganized because people kept on checking in in the middle of the night and robbing me of my sleep :0.

This hostel is terrible, I have stayed all over the world the this the worst by far. The main part of the hostel is not even near the reception you have to walk about 5 minutes away from the reception to a dodgy lookin old house. The receptionist is not helpful at all she said "before you ask me anything look at the wall" because there is note of where to go and how to get around. Also there cancelation procedure is terrible. There was 3 of us travelling and because one of our freinds fathers was very sick he could not go, canelling was the last thing on his mind. It stated on the page you print out cancellations to be made within 24 hours which was not done, but she said "we do not tkae credit cards" but if you dont show up "they will charge it to your credit card". So in our situation we had to pay for friend or else if we did not stay she would have charged us any way, and she refused to chage anything to a credit card even though they had a machine there. The staff did not seem bother even when I thretened to write a bad review. I am not a fussy guy but this place is shit. Dont stay. Believe

I think that you should improve the hostelling. We couldn't sleep. Late in the night came people, they talked very loud and although they were outsite, we can listen all due to the windows and doors don't have good insulator. The beds are terrible, when I moved me the other people in the room could hear. For us, it was not a good stay at the hostelling.

Shower was either ice-cold or scalding hot. There were not any lockers in our room, which was not a private room! We told the staff member, and he just said, too bad! The alley you have to walk in to get to the rooms is a bit scary at night, since there is a strip club very close to the entrance.
