Had a very negative experience at the Blue Corridor and even tried to shorten our stay but they would not allow cancellations even a full day in advance. Once they have your money they intend on keeping it - and it doesn't end there. Highly unfriendly woman who runs the place will charge you for EVERYTHING, including towels, luggage storage and internet (and will not allow you to pay for less than 20 minutes access). She also spent time, on more than one occassion, complaining to us about other guests and frustrated that they had the typical questions all travellers ask. She even was annoyed and unwilling to try and help a guest because she spoke only Spanish. Rooms were located in another building around the corner and up many flght of stairs. Overall - the room was clean - community bathrooms were OK. Unfortunately, the whole package is just not there. Travelled for 2 months around Europe and this was, by far, the worst place we stayed. Location is not worth the lack of service as the tram and metro are easy and accessible. Would not go back or recommend!!!

only down side, smoking is allowed inside. otherwise, stay was great. we got in relatively late and were a bit unsure about the place because it just looked like a bar, but the very friendly lady at the bar/front desk waved us in, showed us where things were, then when we were heading out she pointed us to an amazing restaurant - centimeter ii - which is about a block away. it was within a couple blocks of the museumsquarter and several underground stops. would definitely go back.

Quite a strange experience staying here. The hostel you stay in is not actually at the venue of the reception. Its in a building round the corner which is quite surreal. No kitchen which I was surprised at and none of the fridges there worked which was annoying. Pretty clean but extremely lacking in facitlities in my opinion. Basically just a room is what you get and nothing else. It is cheap though.

There is no privacy in the showers (that means you must not be shy) and the room was tiny (though the ceiling is 3 meters high). Very central and staff was okay.

We just had problems there. The heating in our room was broken (we were freezing!!), we couldn't take a hot shower when we arrived cause there wasn't electricity (after 10 hours trevelling we really needed a shower) and when we complained about these things with the owner, she said: "if you don't like our hostel, check out." What king of hospitality is that??

This was certainly closer to a corridor than a dorm! Really just a smokey room without any air out the back of a bar! With one shower for the whole hostel! Probably the worst hostel I´ve ever stayed in, but it is cheap!!

It was my first time in a hostel, however i can describe it with 4 words: strange, confortable, clean and informative. The owner is really friendly and she is always introducing everyone who gets to the reception.
