Ercole was wonderfull!!! He assisted me with my lost luggage. He dealt with the airline, while I enjoyed Rome. He was very attentive and friendly. He gave my friends and I great tips on where to eat and where to shop. His rooms were clean, comfortable, and the location was great! I would definately stay there again and recommend his hostel to anyone going to Rome.

I loved it. It is conveniently located near Termini and beautiful sites. I thought about not telling how great it is - because I want to be able to get a room the next time I visit Rome!!! Manager Ercole went - above and beyond - to help us to work through a missing luggage situation. We had a stress free time thanks to him!

We enjoyed our time at the Blue Hostel. Ercole was a huge help and amazing. When we arrived at the train station Ercole met us at there and took us straight to the hotel, so we didn't get lost. He even carried our baggage!!! The hotel was in a great location near the train station and the subway...thankfully. We had a good time at Blue Hostel in Rome...and we would come back!

This place was fanstatic and perfect location! The room was spacious and privacy, not very far from the major landmarks. Encro is very good and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. We really enjoyed our stay very much, would like to come back again near future...

This place is amazing!! I cannot say enough nice things about Blue Hostel and Ercole. Ercole met us at the train station, helped with the bags, and told us where to go and how to get there. The rooms were big, clean, and well secured. Location was perfect, 5 minute walk from Termini which is great. It's not a question of if I come back, it's a question of when!
