If you are a couple looking for a peaceful but affordable option in Rome, look no further. This place is a chesnut, it really is. When we arrived, it all seemed strangely dubious - you have to phone the place on arrival so someone can come and meet you and take you back to the hostel - we were told to meet a guy on platform 23 of Termini station! All seemed very dodgy, but we couldn't have been more wrong! The room was gorgeous - a private in a little apartment-type building witha goorgeous balcony and a lovely bathroom. We weren't bothered by anyone all week, we were just given some keys and left to our own devices. ABSOULTELY FANTASTIC for the price. The guy who met us spoke great English, and went out of his way to go through a map with us and suggest things to see and places to eat. Like I said, if you are a couple looking for the peace and quiet of a hotel at hostel prices, then please, look no further.

There was a free meet and greet service from the station which was great. The hostel room was a good size with everything you would expect from a good hotel (en suite bathroom, plenty of towels, kettle, TV, nice sized double bed, verranda etc). The hostel itself was quiet and in situated in agreat location close to the main train station, metro and all the historic sites. The owner took the time to give us good sightseeing tips and even made it his business to sort out my lost luggage. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend it to other couples.

We loved Blue Hostel!!
My girlfriend is definetly not the hostel type, but Blue Hostel provided a quiet and safe Roman room. Unlike the typical hotel feeling, Blue Hostel gave us a more comfortable room in Rome.
Also, the staff was great. From sight seeing plans to my lost luggage at the airport, they always offered their help.
