The staff was really nice to me. Get a free bottle of water when you check in which was lovely and a man even carried my backpack to my room for me!! So shocked, these small little extras really make a difference when you are traveling. Also, great roof terrace to watch the sunset as well as free coffee all day!

After reading comments from the hostel websites (thanks, as it was very helpful) i chose this one as it was good location and safe! that was the most important to a new person to Rome. So easy to get too from the train, and so easy to get into the city centre. And it was safe and clean. I was very impressed because its everything i wanted and expected... and then there was MORE!! Breakfast!! i didnt expect that! Thanks

The free breakfast was really great and they had a free pasta dinner one night too!
Did not have any hot water the whole time i stayed (4 nights), however the staff were nice and pasta parties fun. Also in a brilliant location, very central and safe neighbourhood.

beds are clean, bathroom more or less, they are cleanded once a day. great terrace, great view, great spaghetti parties every second night. price and offer good equilibrated

Come! because of the wonderful rooftop where they offer free spagetti and wine. Come, because it saves me a lot of time because of it's location, which is beside the termini and the maria capella. I'm glad that i booked it.

The location is good, near the Termine station There is no elevator inside the building and many steps. Staff speaks English, but not very well and some of them are not so simphatic. The rooms and comum areas are very dirty. The breakfast is good to carry and not necessarily eat there, that´s a good idea.

We arrived with our booking for a 6 person room to find ourselves in a room with 7 people and barely enough room to move. After much complaning, we were upgraded to a 5 person room. The room was still small and the one bathroom barely enough for 7 people. At least we didn\'t get moved around during our 3 night stay. We heard horror stories from other hostel users that they got moved around 4 times in the middle of the night on their first night due to bed booking and reservation conflicts.
The place was generous with the breakfasts and giving of water upon arrival. They also gave free dinners every second night - very generous attitude which is appreciated by the people staying even if they do not tell you.
