The staff was incredibly helpful, and very nice. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Everything was really well, I left my luggage in the storage room after the checking-out so I could enjoy my last day in Dublin without worrying about the trolley. A place to stay, definitely!

The traffic is noisy and the showers suck.

Good experience overall. Two problems: 1) stock toilet paper! 2)2) they should have worked *much* harder to fix the internet, and had it done in 24 hours at most. internet access was one of the reasons i chose this hostel, and not having it really affected my day-to-day planning. on top of that, they had us *pay* for the use of their internet cards for the only computers available for internet. i would still go back there again, but in this aspect they kinda flunked.

Pretty decent place! Quite close to Temple Bar, so you can walk to the craziness. Keep in mind that of course it's loud (on the street, but not in the hostel) but I had earplugs so it was no big deal for me. Breakfast leaves something to be desired, but its right on the water and you can walk to coffee shops, etc.

easy to get to. the staff could have been a little friendlier. wireless internet was down. the building was interesting and there was a lot to look at on the walls. really good security. i felt that my belongings, as well as, myself were very safe.

Staff very helpful, very clean and spacious bathroom & bedroom (1st floor) though showers a bit too hot, room to street quite noisy but with a view across the Liffey River. Breakfast: cereals, toast/jam & orange juice. Would stay there again, it is clean & safe and offers everything I would expect from a decent hostel. Not right in the centre; about 15 minute walk to train station. Very close to Dublin Castle.
