A great hostel to stay in. Located in a great location in downtown Dublin, good complimentary breakfast, clean, and big rooms. You can drink in the common area downstairs and there is a tv room, pool table and reading room. A little bit on the expensive end, but very worth it.

As a girl travelling alone, I felt safe enough in the hostel. It's a good 15 minute walk from O'Connell street and maybe 5-10 from Temple Bar, but then again, I wanted to be farther from the action for a more peaceful night. It's expensive but everything in Dublin is. My bathroom and room were pretty clean, although having only one bathroom for two 6-bed rooms was a bit of a problem!

My second stay at the hostel. The first time was 6 years ago and it was fantastic then... stayed on Saturday the 28th June 2008 and still an excellent place to stay... amazing value for money. Cheers Pete Isle of Man
I was really impressed with 4 Courts. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The accommadations and common rooms were great. Maybe offering a larger breakfast would be nice, but other than that, it was great.

the hostel was great, silence at night, lockers under the beds and the breakfeast were enjoyable the only thing that disappointed me was the paying internet =/ thanks we'll come back anyway !!
The staff didn\'t really welcome us to the hostel or give us any guides to the city, and when I messed up an internet card they blamed me for the mistake instead of being understanding. The room was nice, I just wish I had felt a bit more welcomed.
The only complaint about the hostel is the 28 bed room and you get 2 showers with frosted shower curtains. Please change the shower curtains to something a little more modest :P
