The kitchen could have been cleaner but otherwise a nice hostel with good staff in a good area in Dublin!

quiet location right on the river, just 5 min. walk from the temple bar (fun area). dublin is awesome, this hostel has really helpful and nice staff, is very clean, and pretty comfy beds, but hard pillows. it was a great place to stay.

I had a lovely time, enjoyed Dublin a lot and had a good night's sleep in the hostel. It was a great citybreak!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and I will recommend this hostel to anyone looking. The entire time, I felt as though I was taken care of but also had my freedom. Four Courts was a huge reason why I had such an amazing time in Ireland.

very nice staff. in 16 bed dorm only 2 toilets/sinks/showers between 2 dorms. light out in 1 toilet - was not fixed in 4 nights there. lots of drunk & stag parties. smoking directly outside emerg door, so lunch room always smelled. if you want to party you will like it here. if you want a place for a decent sleep and clean shower do NOT stay here. worst hostel time we had on trip.

I was here for five nights in a 16-bed room, but it was during the week so not all of the beds were filled. Because of that, bathroom usage and space was not an issue. Bathrooms are cleaned a few times throughout the day and they have hot water! There is ALWAYS someone at the reception desk and you get a new slip each day that you have to present before you can enter the hostel. Rooms are accessed by key cards which worked most of the time -- when I had a problem with it, the staff immediately gave me a new card. The staff is pretty awesome -- very friendly and helpful. There is is information about tours and transportation all over the walls and you have to pay for internet -- there's a full kitchen too where you can keep food but be sure to hide it, because other guests will definitely steal it! The breakfast is cereal and toast and juice and milk, which seems to be the standard for most hostels in Ireland. The location is pretty good -- it's a good walk from O'Connell street, though, and close to Temple Bar. It's right on the Liffey, which is nice, because it's easy to find and my windows looked out upon the Four Courts across the river.

There was literally a wet tee-shirt contest outside our window, within the hostel, the night of our stay. It felt more like Spring Break in Cancun than a holiday in Ireland.

Average hostel, nothing too great about it, but there wasn't anything to complain about either.

Good experience here- we were in a large room but it didn't feel that way at all. People were really friendly, and everything was very clean. Location is right by the Temple Bar area which was great. Staff wasn't too knowledgeable but it was an overall good experience!
