Very good location. right next to 2 MRT train stations. very clean. Staff could be more helpful. it is not a happening hotel but very cleam good location.

The air condition is not cool. The staff are warm, nice and helpful. The location is good, it's easy to go shopping in the Little India and go to the MRT station.

Everything impressed me quite much, the security, the location and foreign roommates, also the tourist information provided at the front reception, along with suggestions from a stuff. Except the toilet that it wasn't very clean, when I told the staff just to find someone to clean the mess up, he just said there was no one there and paid no attention to us any more, just like it was a nonsense request.

my main comment would be about the bathroom with common showers (not very clean) and the luggage room is not very secure.

Very helpful & friendly staff -Bedroom had aircon, lockable lockers & very clean & comfortable beds. Linen & towels were supplied. Very helpful staff I thoroughly enjoyed my dtay at this hostel.

Great location. Clean Rooms. Bathrooms average, but good showers with hot water. Large lockers are really useful. Staff very unhelpful and this really lets it down. Also while we were staying there was a large group of teenage school kids on the same floor, who were very noisy and running up and down the corridors continually. It spoilt it a bit. Met nice travellers.
