Great kitchen with lots of fridge space. Helpful staff. Walls PAPER THIN, however; bring earplugs! Don't be frightened by the crowds of people just outside the door! Great location.

Is a good place to stay!! And in front of the hostel is a Metro Rochechuar!!

The location is just by the Basliisque de Sacreceour. This is really good. And it's literally across the street from a metro. I think that some people who are scared of minorities might find the area scary, but we found it an excellent bargain. The rent was affordable. Watch out however for the beds (ours were like hammocks where the middle dipped down really really low, almost 12 inches) and also our room had no direct electricity plugs, only a single plug out in the hallway. Otherwise, they keep things in a safe and everything is really secure.

This place might be nicer in the summer when the patio is open, but in winter the TV room is too small and cramped for lounging.

This was my first hostel stay, but overall it was ok- i stayed at a four star hotel my first two nights in paris, then i stayed at the hostel/ except for the bed difference- (guess which bed was more comfortable)- i greatly enjoyed the hostel/ and i was a female traveling alone/ i was barely at the hostel- but for the time i was there it was nice, staff was ok, and the people staying there were naturally intriguing/ Room 26 has good beds room 11 doesnt;-)/ the neighborhood is not as bad as they make it sound/ a little street savvy can get u anywhere/ next time in paris-i'll stay there agian

quiet in the dormitory but too much noise in the room where people meet together i really appreciate the kitchen but some people don't clean after cooking and let their stuff in the shared-bathroom

The hostel was basically good. But if people stay in there want to go out in the night for drinking or dancing, they need to go out to at least two subway stations away. If you expect something like a bar shortly around the hostel, your expectation will not be met.
