Great place! How about charging a euro more each night and improving the standards of breakfast? None of the food had flavor.... felt like a concentration camp breakfast. Other than that, great place. Good job.

a very good hostel in the gothic center of barcelona. a lot of privacy because of curtains at the beds. even though very loud while sleeping. barcelona rocks! beware of thieves around the city and especially at the beach at night!!!

Great bed privacy, area to dry wet clothes, spacious and airy. Fantastic location (situated perfectly between the beach and Las Ramblas). Really lovely staff too.

Security: I think it would be better to have some sort of lock on the rooms doors or a bigger box in the rooms to lock big backpacks. But apart from that: just super!!! I enjoyed staying very much. Best Hostel in Spain!

- A minor issue was that the wooden parquet floor in the corridor and room made so much noice (even when putting your feet on it very carefully), it was impossible not to wake people when going to bed late. This didn't help for sleeping at night yourself too. - When I booked a 16 person room with the private sleeping cabines (which are unique for this hostel), they put me in a 8 person room, which is just a standard hostel style room (no curtains, special plugs). Not really a problem, but it wasn't what was promised when I made a reservation at this site. - I still think it was a really nice hostel: good atmosphere, friendly staff... and very good location, in the old centre, half minute walk from metro (also 10 mins walk from new train connection (Estació de França) directly to airport on which T-10 ticket is valid!)
