Had a great time in San Francisco. Hostel is best in City, awesome!!! Great breakfast with toasted bagels, fruits, juice and coffee. Everything in walking distance.

The green tortoise is probably the best hostel anybody could ever visit - the location is ideal (lots of great bars and restaurants around), the staff is wonderfully sweet and there is this magical 70s atmosphere that enchants you anytime you enter the ballroom/dining room... not to mention the breakfasts and dinners, which we eagerly attended despite our usual european snobbism about meals in hostels!!!
There is no better place to stay in San Francisco!!!

One of the best hostels on the west coast, the green tortoise took care of all the needs i had. i had the best time meeting people from all over the world and experiencing different cultures and viewpoints as well as celebrating new years and life in general.
