Friendly, helpful staff, very nice common areas, great atmosphere!

The stay was great for all except one thing. They tell you one price online, and then charge you $3 more when you get there. It is a "non-member fee." That is bad customer service. If you have a membership option, you need to take off from the advertised price, not add on to non-members. Especially without giving a warning of any kind. For that reason, I won't be staying with them again!

an excellent hostel. only criticism wold be to organise more nights out at pubs and clubs. always a good way to meet people.

Great place to stay. Spent two nights there for a conference at MIT and it was perfect. I highly recommend it.

It was a decent clean hostel with good facilities. However, it would advertise daily activities such as bar crawls etc, then cancel them at the very last minute. Wasting people's time in the process.

Clean but don't expect any frills. However, staff is friendly and the free shower shoes were handy. The complimentary breakfast was great and to-go coffe cups allowed you to eat on the run.

This is by far the best hostel in Boston, and probably the best that I've ever stayed at. The location is great. The staff is awsome -- 24 hour service, very friendly, cool, and accomodating. There are lockers in the rooms, a full kitchen, free WiFi, computers available for those who don't have laptops, washers and dryers, a big screen TV (with DVD/VCR and XBox, and a library of movies and games) and other amenities. It's very clean. They have activities every night of the week, often for free. A great place to stay.

Kinda cold. To big to meet people comfortably. Most everyone was helpful except the girl with the hat fetish. Ask anyone else for information.
