It was published that it has internet service, so I chose it, but they were closing the space for using internet after 11pm which is the time that I was there and wanted to use it.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the bathrooms left a lot to be desired.

The first room they put me in was filled with two lines across the room with wet clothes and my bed had not been cleaned since the last guy. They were very nice to change me to a new and very clean room with no one else yet in it. But as other reviews have said the bathrooms are very dirty with bad plumbing in the shower. But for $35 a night in Boston it was a very cheap alternative to a hotel.

The beds looked clean. Unfortunately not the bathrooms. There was a lot of hair from the people who stayed in the room before us. Staff was friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helped with information for ongoing travelling, the rooms were ok but the group downstairs smelled very bad and did not invite to rest.
