The Hi Hostel provided a great price for a lodging on MV. I was there do a concert and came over a day before to chilled out. I liked the location, which was nestled away in quiet W. Tisbury. The semi-remote location of HI added to its charm. As an African-Am, I was not impressed by the my initial encounter from the Manager who was someone abrupt and brash upon my arrival to the front desk. It was the tone he used before greeting me - asking me if I had a reservation and could I wait a minut
