The WiFi was not available in my room I was in 336. Not a big deal I went to the 2nd floor lobby and had a good connection. Free is a good price.

I loved the locetion of the hostel, it was 5 minutes by walk to Union square:)) I also liked the staff, they were all so friendly and helpful about all. We had a real fun trip there and had a great hostel to stay.

I had two different private ( with and without bath): a bit claustrophobic the first, really beautiful the second... But cold - the window could not be closed properly. Accomodation could be better, but the staff is very friendly and the general atmosphere is nice. In addition, is a 15 minutes walk from the Embarcadero and the Financial District.

The kitchen is a complete mess!!! The tables aren't cleaned after eating. Besides, some people washed their dishes only with water. The hostel should enforce more the use of soap.

Nice hostel, however there is no possibility to cook.
Clean, plenty of amenities like internet and kitchen, right next to cable cars and other fun stuff. On the edge of an iffy neighborhood, but the other edge is spiffy. I'd recommend it.

Brilliant location, comfortable dorms and reading lounges, great walking tours and good internet facilities. Better kitchen facilities would be good. It was very noisy, but that was street noise, not from the hostel.
