a stove in the kitchen would be great, but i found the rest of it very good. the room we stayed on our second trip there wasn't as good as the on the first one but still fine. i would go there again if i go back to san francisco, because of the good location and the activities they offer. really enjoyed the stays.

It will be nice if they can provide more local information and bus schedule. The place are not very clean and the room light is very dim. The location is great. The staffs are friendly.

The staff there made me feel disregarded in the way they talked and the attitude they responded. I was stay in a female dorm with a "share bathroom" between two dorm and the lock was broken. Furthermore, the breakfast only accept one bagel or two toasts each person. Although they do not allow alcohol, there still have drunk people fooling around public place.

Everu thing was cool. Location - great!!! free wi-fi awesome! BUT security i mean locks in the room are not save and i wasn't sure that i can leave my lap top and other an expensive stuff, so was carrying it on me. this is only one big mines!!! I'm sure next year i'll come back to this hostel i hope till that time my comlaint will be made up! thaks a lot!

I had a great time at the hostel, and the only negative comment I have to say is for the locks on the doors. I was in 503 and our lock was very finicky and difficult to lock. Though I was aware lockers were avaiable, I felt wary at night as drunks stumbled into my door. The door itself did not feel like it would hold if a good kick was given to it, and the lock seemed able to bust at any given moment. Other than that fact however, I had a wonderful time in San Francisco, enjoying my break between summer and fall semester!
I really enjoyed staying in Hostel!But it was littel dirty.There are so many frys!
So, when we first arrived the woman was very rude. She had glasses and brown skin. She acted like we inconvienced her and she told us to go the wrong direction to the bars. But the place was clean.
