All the staff was great and very personable exept for the guy from Sweden or around there and he works nights. He was good at security though-- just no friendly attitude. The rest were superb!

I had wonderful three days at the HI-San Francisco-Fisherman's Wharf! The atmosphere in the hostel is very relaxed, the staff is friendly, helpful and always has a smile on their faces. Thanks a lot!
