we felt it was more a holiday flat than just a room, with kitchen, bathroom and and toilet just for the two of us.The building is undergoing extensive renovation, so we are looking forward to going back again once the work is finished.

we received a fantastic treat in happyhostel,and the rooms were better than we saw un the web,just one thing failed,the party in wien didn't was so hot as we thought,but this is not happyhostel's fault

The staff was very helpful and we could even get laundry done for 2 euros. Close to metro & west train station. Would stay there again!

Their staff are very nice, helpful and responsible.

The location is close to the train station.
There is FREE internet asscess.
Have free kichen and kitchenware to use.
They don't clean up the room everyday.

Host helped us with directions allot. Free internet is great. Heard that the other places they own were also good. Location is not the greatest for sightseeing, but the train is only a few minute walk.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, free Internet access. But the furniture was very very old and the matresses were not comfortable. It was ok, but I would not recommend it to friends.

The towels are too small to use for a shower! But the computers with free wifi are very nice!!! :)

Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Well organized. We especially appreciated the location, as it was just 3 minutes away from Westbahnhof and also central to walk to a lot of places. We hope to come back soon as promised. Thank you!
