It is what it is at Happy Hostel. Outside of the Old City, it is in walking distance (about 10 mins) to the West Rail station that is also an underground station. Rooms are big but odd labarinth of a place. Make sure to go to the tourist office after you get your free map, cause the day guy is a grumpy fella. But, for cheap and with bathroom is recomended.

For people who really enjoy the typical busy hostel environment meeting people at every corner, etc, this is perhaps not the best choice simply because the rooms are spread out among several buildings. However, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in Vienna, the doubles are wonderful. Also, the staff was more than kind, always willing to help in any way they could.
