The hostel, was so clean, the staff so nice and the location just perfect!!! I was there with my mother and both think that was one of the best hostel we stay in during our stay!!! For sure when I go back in Barcelona, I gonna stay there!!! Have fun!!

Very safe hostel. really liked the locker system, good cheap beer at the downstairs bar, and easy to get on the internet. Rooms can get hot at night but its not too bad with the window open. Not on Las Ramblas but only 10 min walk to it. We were glad we stayed here and would come back next time in Barca.

As a mother with two adult daughters, we enjoyed our stay at HelloBCN in a four bed, female room. Unfortunately, our room was on the street side. Since the a/c was not on, we opened the window to get the cool breeze only to have the noise from the bar across the street keep us up for two nights and the smoking under our window made us feel sick. The third night we requested the a/c (as was advertised), and it was turned on with no fuss! We didn't realize that all we had to do was ASK but we learned this for the remainder of our European trip. The location was not too far from the metro, but the immediate area was not too inviting. The people were nice and helpful whenever contacted.

Awesome place, clean, secure, close to central baracalona and 15 mins from the beach. very helpful staff and good times to be had at the bar. would reccomend!

Great hostel, one of the best i`ve ever stayed. Would be my choice if i ever returned to barcelona. Great atmosphere, great people, cheap beer and good safety.
