My stay here was great, the hostel is attached to an adventure sports agency... so organising activities is easy. Friendly staff who really care about your stay. The only suggestion I would make is for personal lockers to be put in the dorm rooms

Had a great time at Backpackers! The added bonus was the connected tour agency. You could book excursions from your room. Staff is very friendly and always there to help. Not a party location, but good place to meet other backpackers and share a beer or two.

Charlie is a great host and will go out of his way for you. Help you get a bus ticket or get a cold beer upon arrival. Great place, would go back because of Charlie.

Nice enough place. Worth climbing the volcano with them. Pretty quiet hostel otherwise. Close too downtown.

The hostel is spotless and has a very homely feel, the staff are excellent and will help you with anything you want to do . Has a great atmosphere and we met loads of nice people here. fabulous place!
