This seems to be a family owned hotel! Nice staff, and walking distance from puerta del sol, plaza mayor etc.

Considering the city center of madrid is easily walkable, we weren't far from much. It is a bit further 'out of the city center', but close to the Plaza Mayor and metro stops. It was clean and the staff were friendly, but don't speak much to any of english. We had hot water and clean sheets. It was a bit loud with car traffic considering it was directly on Atocha Ave (close to Anton Martin metro stop).

this place was nice, but some of the organization was a little off. I really liked everything about the place, but would recommend call and verify your reservation prior to coming! We had no problem, but another group came the next day with a res, and there was no room. Would 100% stay here again

Great price for a very central location. Basic room with everything you need, a bed and a bathroom :) Staff was nice but doesn´t speak much english. A bit noisy from the street but not too bad, no bars or restaurants directly outside. Walking distance to all the sights in the city centre.
