It was said that there's 24 hour hot shower...but receptionist said that it isn't available at night because it's too noisy.

Very clean and nice hostel. Only downside is that there is no communal room to socialize and meet fellow travellers which I think is an essential element of hostel staying.

there are only 2 showers and 2 toilets for the whole hostel (in the morning there´s a queue, i had to wait over 30 min). staff was nice but didn´t speak much english so not very helpful. there is no common room or kitchen, so no place to socialize, just a few chairs in the hall. no lockers, no internet (just wifi). it`s ok if you just need a bed for 1 night. i wouldn´t stay there again.

Staff are rood! they were rood from the day we got there until the day we left. Not welcoming at all! will not stay here again. The room was super small and no air conditioning. Neighbors were loud past midnight always!

This is a fairly quiet hostel. I would not want to run a black light over the bed spread and sheets - pretty gross. As for security, it is one of the best that I've stayed at.

Very nice, not far from plaza mayor and metro to the main museums. Clean. Staff ok. More charming and quite than a big hostal (I tested a big one in calle de las huertas). No breakfast, but nicer to go in a typic bar for that. I would certainly go there next time.
