the hostal has an excellent location as it is clse to madrid's downtown and all the major sightseeings. The staff a very friendly and always willing to help. the rooms are impeccabable, comfrotable and beautiful. nex time I go to madrid i will stay there again.

Loved this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, the bathroom was very clean with very new fixtures. The staff don´t speak English, but they were patient and willing to communicate in sign language. Very nice people. The building is beautiful and has a definite sense of security. Location is ideal; Madrid is easily walkable from the hotel. HIGHLY recommended, we would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

The husband and wife that run the hotel dont speak a word of English but i got by on speaking Spanglish!!!!!
Slept in the twin room which had tv, safe and the best shower I have ever used in my life!!!!
Location wise its on Gran Via and about 50yards from Plaza de Espana metro
would definately recommend and will be staying again!!!!

Excellent hostal. The family that runs the hostel was wonderful and very helpful. The room was very clean with great bed, good shower and restroom. When I return to Madrid, I will be staying at this hostal. It was also in great location on Gran Via. Right in the action of plays, restraunts, shopping and clubs.

This place is perfectly located in Madrid. It was clean and the staff was relatively friendly although they only really spoke Spanish. No complaints though; it was clean and safe.
