It´s a lovely family hostel right in the centre of the city. Staff is extremely helpful but not all of them speak english. Overall it is a low budget place to stay, comfortable, clean and safe and I would definetely recommend it.

Very nice.. almost like a hotel than a hostel because our room, a double, was of adequate size, had a tv, and a nice size bathroom, including towels and soap, etc. that a normal hotel would be. They also had a lift, up to the 8th floor, which was nice. If you are used to hostels, this one is a better one, I would say like a 2 star hotel, more or less. The staff was nice, I understood a bit of Spanish, but they also have someone who speaks English if need be. Very nice, not too much contact with other visitors at all or the owners. Overall, one of our better hostals.

great location in a really nice apartment building, with a really nice room and a clean and modern bathroom. the room was a converted apartment, so we had lots of privacy and quiet. it was very comfortable and pleasant staying there.

The property was nicer than expected. The staff was patient with my minimal Spanish competency. The rooms were nice, especially for a hostel. The bathrooms, although small, were clean and nice at all times.

If your going to madrid book this hostel ahead of time, it has a great location, very helpful staff, and a very nice place to stay..Will stay here everytime I visit Madrid..
