Close to metro station, located in a main street. Toilet and room are very clean. Feel comfort to be staying here. Though the lift is a bit small, still acceptable. If B'fast and water are served would be much better.

Excellent base for exploring the city. Very cosy atmosphere, ideal if it's just the two of you and you don't need any company in your hostel.
Only the noise from the street could be a bit loud.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hostal. Friendly staff, clean room, free use of towels. Good value for money.

Overall, the hostel was not very socialable. However, the hostel acted more of a hotel. We received a clean room with a bathroom and was able to go in and out at anytime of the day.

I was really impressed with the hostel. It was very clean, our room was really spacious, especially for 3 people! Even though I don't speak Spanish, my two friends that were with me do, and according to them, the staff was very polite, nice and helpful; especially the man at the front desk. The hostel was also very quiet. I will recommend this hostel to my friends, and will stay there again on my next trip to Madrid

Great location, city center, wonderful staff - helpful, speaks english, spent much time assisting with train tickets reservations. rooms with private baths!-nice.

This is a very nice place to stay, the staff is always trying to help you, it´s located in a very important street, it´s very clean, well i think its more than a hostel, you feel like at home,100% recomended. if you go to madrid, you must stay there.
