This is a great place for a couple or people that want peace and quiet in a good location. It's more of a 2 star hotel, than a hostel. There isn't a lounge or anything like that. But, the rooms are great, have television, and a nice bathroom. The staff could be a little more friendly but were adequate.

This hostal is a great value considering its excellent location (it was close to all the sites!) and immaculate rooms. Our room was quiet and very secure, and we enjoyed the older Spanish building with all the beautiful architectural details and traditional furniture.

Great location. Easy to go to famous place from here & felt very safe and easy when I stayed in Hostal Santillan.
It's not a hostel but a budget hotel.

very preaty building, great room, nice price, and they will give you a hat. The bathroom in the room was small but very nice. It was a wonderful place to stay.

This Hostal was a pleasant suprise. It is very central to all shops, 3 different metro lines, tourist attractions, is very safe and open 24 hours a day. Clean sheets and towels every 3rd day. Thanks Annette
