i had an enjoyable stay at the hostel. there are some spaces for improvement tho. there is a shower in each bedroom, which is good but when somebody is using it, other people in the room might be disturbed especially in early morning or late night when everyone else is sleeping. hot water was not working..one each in the evening and in the morning. probably due to the boiler's failure. the internet connection was slow.

Advertising free shuttle survice without advertising limitations-no Sundays, check in/out only should cover all possible times of arrive/depart noisy, light shines in, broken shower, useless kitchen unless own dishes/utensils or pay fee, no refridgerator, kitchen time restraints, building smells, staff not helpful in contacting free shuttle bus or no scheduled arrival/departure, shuttle not marked (Hostel 639), vehicle/driving not safe, over all WORST stay NOT RECOMMENDED

- Very helpful yet cranky people who don't speak english at the reception and an angry manager - Way too little breakfast - Karaoke/Disco until about four o'clock - Broken Beds - Broken safes - Broken Toilets - Personell that says you have to open the windows because you smell... - Bunk beds in twin rooms We definately won't go there again...too expensive for what you're getting.

old, not properly maintained, dirty and our shower facility was broken. if you are just looking for a sleep at night and nothing else, then is ok. otherwise, there are plenty of better hostels in london for you to choose from.

No way the showers and toilets can be considered clean. They are in their best days usable. Breakfast is ok, not too good, not too bad. And it´s fun to try to figure out what´s the flavor of the juice. Although there´s a guy doing security, the rooms are not free from stealing. Be careful with your stuff.

A cheap hostel, ideal for a low budget trip. However, the corridors fill your nose with the smell of bleach and the quality of some beds is very poor. The location is perfect, straight near a tube station which brings you to the centre of London within 15 minutes.

Didn't feel safe, staff were rude and not helpful. The facilities were the worst I have ever seen in a hostel. We couldn't even get our door open! Definitely will not stay again!

Stayed the first week in June. The hostel is very far away from the center of London (about a half hour by bus). The accomodations were great and the facility had a lot of great features (internet cafe, cheap beer, free breakfast) but I found the staff to be unhelpful, rude and inpatient. Based on the location and the staff, when I return to London, I will find another hostel.
