Didn't feel safe, staff were rude and not helpful. The facilities were the worst I have ever seen in a hostel. We couldn't even get our door open! Definitely will not stay again!

Stayed the first week in June. The hostel is very far away from the center of London (about a half hour by bus). The accomodations were great and the facility had a lot of great features (internet cafe, cheap beer, free breakfast) but I found the staff to be unhelpful, rude and inpatient. Based on the location and the staff, when I return to London, I will find another hostel.

Comfortable beds, hot showers IN the rooms was fantastic, despite there being a couple bars downstairs actually very quiet, cheap internet in hostel very convenient, although the girl on coffee bar was quite sour.
