Free breakfast is nice and there is a washer/dryer you can pay to use. It was kinda out of the way. It took about 10min on the subway to get to the city center. Oh, and we watched the maid "clean" a bed for a new arrival. The top comforter was refolded. Nothing was actually cleaned. And our room had a bad ant problem. If you can afford it, try and stay somewhere a little cleaner and closer.

They have a ping pong table but only one ping pong ball....and its cracked! That should be an obvious clue as to what this place is like.

the hostel was good and the staff was excellent, they helped me in every problem i had,and the security laugage room was a nice idea, but the lookers inside the room were too small we couldnt fit our bags, overall the hostel has been really nice and its one of the best in the area

Really professionally maintained place, and seems fairly new. The only down side is the super early breakfast hours (6-9, if my memory serves me right) and checkout times.

my main priorities when looking for a hostel are security and location and this place had both! i was able to walk around all vienna from the hostel without having to hop on a single bus, i was traveling alone and felt completely safe coming back to the hostel late at night. It was also very clean, you get free internet, breakfast and there is laundry as well. What more could you want? oh yeah the staff was also very helpfull and friendly as well!! however, if you are looking for more of a young routy party enviornment... you may not be satisfied. then again it all depends on who is staying there, so it just happend to be that during my stay it was a group of high school graduates and other chill people but there is no bar or resteraunt/lobby where you can stay up late drinking with your fellow roomates. night life is good though so why would you want to stay in the hostel partyin anyway!?

This hostel suks! It has secure key cards but non of the doors shut properly and as dorms are outside anyone can wonder in or out at anytime of the day or night. 'Breakfast' is included but only served until 9am and is bread & jam, cheese/chocolate spread and tea, coffee or hot chocolate and yogurt. You must be out of the dorm by 9.30 and if you are not they come around and knock on your bed. You are not allowed in the dorm between 9.30am and 3pm. Internet access is 2 screens at reception, where u have to stand up and on view to all and there is a constant queue. Lots of kids. Bunks are small crowded and dark.

Far from the center but easy to acces by metro. Rooms clean with all furniture you can need, even personnal lamp table. Breakfast is basic but you are allow to eat all you can. Very quiet environment, we sleep with the windows open. You should enjoy.

It's terribly large, far too large to have a proper hostel experience--you can't meet anyone and the desk workers are impersonal, like at a hotel. Also, there were two or three large groups of 13-14 year olds who were loud and obnoxious. Coming home at night, you have to walk up hill for 10 minutes through a dark neighborhood.
