I can't talk about the Hostel Pompo becuase suposedly someone broke the bed in my room so they move me to another hostel. A crapy one... no one in the reception. A lot of people confused because they have reservation and there was noone to give them the key or whatever... one lady's key didnt work and nobody helped hey (I think she slept in the livin room). The next day I forgot something in the room and since I self-cheked out (They told me "leave your key inside your room") I had to wait like

Perfect location. Go out the door and turn left for the Old Town Square, or turn right and look for the dark gray building that has a supermarket in the basement and a subway station nearby. Lucas really cares about his customers. He did my laundry but would not accept payment (laundry air dries). Since the hostel has only 3 rooms, he is not always there but will meet when you specify and give you keys. Some other web sites show the hostel on the wrong street. Three spacious rooms in this hostel. Large kitchen with all the equipment. Free internett too. "The landlord" explained how to use the slightly different keyboard from what I am used to (from Norway). Large and clean bathroom. High under the ceiling, which gave the place a certain caracter. The old town square within 2-3 mins walking distance. I am mpore than happy to come back, maybe next year ;-)

Hostel Pompo was fantastic. This was only my second hostel experience and was great. The staff was extremely helpful and their English was great which is always helpful when traveling by yourself and not knowing the local language. A few minute walk to Old Town Square and from a main metro stop. Updated kitchen with free coffee, tea etc. Dryer available for laundry, nice clean bathroom facilities. Only 3 rooms (very spacious) so I felt very safe and it allowed travelers to be social. I'm not an

Its a gr8 hostel ... very friendly and worm welcoming . 3 minutes away from the old town and square ... comfortable rooms and atmosphere .. 5 minutes walk from the tram and the main shopping malls .. its really gr8 .
