the team of the hostel is really bad, not helpful and not nice with the visitor and rooms were desapointed...

I would never go again to that hostel, it is not clean enough. The location is in the middle of red zone, which is nossy and durty.

We stayed here for i night only, but that was enough. The room was very old, dirty and extremely basic. All the furniture was extremely worn out and the blankets on the beds had smoke burns and stains all over them. The heating didn\'t work and there was not hot water - it was stone cold! The staff were helpful with directions and places to eat & drink. I would not go back to this hostel.

C'est en plein centre du Red Light, donc beaucoup de fun mais tres peu de repos !! Vraiment bien situee, les douches sont correctes sauf que les drains de fond ne fonctionnaient pas au 3ieme..donc inondation a chaque fois !
it was pretty gross, i would not recommend staying in the red light district, also the bottom of the hotel is a bar.... i stayed in other hotels in amsterdam (outside of the red light district) which were MUCH better and cleaner.
grimey and dark. both my boyfriend and I suffered lots of bedbug bites, the beds are not clean. water was hot for one day out of 4. the staff are ok but can be pretty rude at check out time. too pricey for what you get but that is purely location. big problem for us:no kitchen or common room and food and drink is expensive in amsterdam - unless you like eating chips all the time..
It's very easy to be stolen, and whem happend the staf don't care. The hostel are not organized, they sell your bed for them one person, and they don't care. They say that the bar is good, but the drinks are so expensive that everybody prefer go out. It's close to Red Light District, but every hostel in Amsterdam are too.
