Good hostel in all. We had a private room and the location is very quiet at night in the streets, TV in room and a sink which was handy. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The reception is nice, but they try too hard, sometimes making it a little uncomfortable. For example, someone comes into the room around 9am to open the curtains and to confirm who is staying and who is checking out in the room. The other main problem is that there are no lockers. I had no security issues while I was there, nothing was stolen, but I would have liked to have a locker to feel that my stuff was safer while I was out of the hostel.

It is quite far from the main town, but tram stops right outside and is quite cheap. The security is good, but there are no lockers. Showers always nice and hot, beds are quite small but fine

they overbooked themselves and sent me off elsewhere. i was like wth man. n they still charged me the 40 euro tt they quoted and i found out the place they sent me to only cost like 20 something. n it wasnt a very nice place. fortunately i was only there for a nite

Near the museums but no where else, this hostel is great for those who want Amsterdam's culture just a stones throw from their hostel. Also has a supermarket near by, which is handy for those cooking in-house.

The beds were kind of old, but other than that the hostel is good. I paid the deposit online and the rest in cash. Currently they are double-charging my credit-card. :(
This place was ok but it\'s a little way out of the city centre and there are a lot of better options nearby if you have a look around. Reasonable and cheap but could do better.
