the place had bedbugs and with the language barrier we could not change rooms. The next day when I found someone who did speak english we hardly got a discount after being eaten alive. I will not go back here ever again. Extremely poor customer service.

I know it's Paris, but this was a dirty'ish B&B/hotel. I would recommend this if you're going to spend the entire time out of the room and just use the room to sleep in.
I didn't like the fact that the staff had to keep the key to your room while you were out - don't know if this is custom in Paris - but it's odd nonetheless - really didn't give us peace of mind.
The room stand of smoke and the window that we did have was to a tiny little landing (1st floor), which meant we could NOT have the window open as ANYONE could have entered our room through it.
Better off paying a little more if you care about the room and cleanliness...

This hotel is rated 2 stars (and not 3 stars as stated on the hostel.com website!). Bathrooms are TINY.

in the hostel, they do not change the towels every day, and about fun, it is just a place to go to sleep, other wise it is surrounded by a lot of places, like restaurants, and a movie theater

Good location near Montmartre but hotel was extremely basic with poor ventilation and damp on walls. Room had no natural light and smelt of mould.

A gas leak in a refridgerator was quite uncomfortable because of the poisoness of the gas. and that we had to change room.

Had stuff stolen. Don't leave anything in the lobby, even if the workers are there with the luggage. And wow are they disorganized...

If you speak only english this is not the hostel to stay at. The staff only speak French and can't help you with much. Also, for the 3 days we stayed there it sounded like elephants were staying up stairs.

This is a tidy hotel in a good location to see paris. Would recommend it and would definitly go there again. Room we had was small but we have stayed in many places in paris and have paid 5 times the price of this one and had a room as small!! Its paris you should be out sightseeing!! Staff are friendly and helpfull. If you want a clean basic hotel on a budget, youve found it!
