Great location, clean and secure, not much plans or people to meet

Very good Hostal, very clean and secure, next to the Metro, in a very pintoresque neighbourhood, you have the erotic museum just one block away and it closes until 3 AM.

Nice, safe location; clean, nice accommodations. Nearest underground stop is Place de Clichy where both Line 2 and 13 cross. It's really much more of a hotel. The rates were really good for my friend and me too--we reserved a "twin private" and received a room with two twin beds and a queen bed for the two of us. There was daily maid service. Some minor quibbles; but, you should know: you don't get to keep your room key when you leave each day because the skeleton-type keys are too expensive to let the guests leave with them--it weirded us out a bit at first, but it was fine; also, there was no shower curtain in our bathroom--so my first attempt at using the handheld shower nozzle left every fixture in the bathroom soaking. Overall, though, I highly recommend the Camelia for the not picky.

Cheap, clean, most of the staff were very helpful. Good location and most important of all, value for money.

The location is wonderful! It's just a few minutes walk away from the Metro. What's more, the staff are extremely helpful. I wanted to call a cab to go to the airport, the staff even advised against it by saying that it would cost much more than if I were to queue at the taxi stand. Wonderful stay and certainly worth the money!

On arrival they claimed not to offer the prices that we'd booked under on hostels.com, and put the price up.

Excellent hostel, however the room did have an unusual smell with it. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
