Our stay at hotel louvre was fantastic, the staff were pleasant and helpful and the location is extremely good, we didnt have a trouble finding our way around Paris and most of the tourist attractions we walked to from the hotel.

The location is excellent and the room was comfortable but a bit noisy (people coming home late and climbing stairs). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value for your money.

This hostel is in a WONDERFUL location, very close to the Louvre and metro to anywhere in Paris. Great staff - very helpful with anything we needed. Clean and nice private rooms. Again, can't stress location enough - amazing! Well worth the extra cost.

this was perfect for me. i was travelling by myself and i felt safe and comfortable the whole time. the location is absolutely perfect so i am happy that i payed a little more than real hostels, etc - its worth it! if you want to meet people in a hostel, though, this is not the place to do it.

Hotel Louvre Richelieu is located in an excellent neighborhood with some of the best restaurants right nearby. We had a room with a private bath that was clean and tidy with a Juliet Balcony overlooking the street. The staff were polite and very accomodating. This was my first hostel experience but my daughter, who has been traveling all over Europe and staying in hostels with her college friends has said that this is, by far, the best hostel that she has been in. Hotel Louvre Richelieu is located right in the heart of Paris where you will find all the nicest shops and cafe's. I will definately recommend this hostel to anyone who is traveling to Paris. You will get a HOTEL quality accomodation for a fraction of the cost.

Our room was not fancy but ok. Remember to get a non-smoking room if you dont smoke. Our room had a bad smell of smoke... The location couldnt be much better just beside louvre. We didnt try the breakfast, but there are great bakeries in the area.

Bonjour! Perfect location! Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Always helpful and resourceful. Our room was cleaned thoroughly EVERY day. Always a hot shower. I discovered that the building was built in 1750 which explains the slanting floors but it added to the authenticity and charm of the hotel. The beds are not the most comfortable but who cares you are in Paris! You have to check out the sandwich bar acrossed the street called dej, the owner is VERY kind, even if you are American. We Loved our stay in Paris and we owe alot of that to the Hotel Louvre Richelieu. MERCI!

This hotel is located near the Museum Louvre, about 10 minutes by walking. The rooms are small, with only the essential for a normal service (there is not TV), but in good conditions. The personal attention is very goog.

If you want a shower- specifically ask for one (as opposed to a bath)
