Relatively convenient location. Property is kind of run-down but the sheets are clean, etc., and no security problems. There might be better options but this one's not bad.

This hotel is really a HOSTEL. The location is great. There are lots of coffee shops and placed to eat nearby within a couple of minutes walking distance. Red light district is only about a 15 minute walk from this \"hotel.\" I didn\'t like the idea that there was only 1 toilet that had to be shared with like 20 people. On the bright side there was HOT water in the showers. The staff. I probably would not stay here.

Breakfast was amazing, the staff on our friday/saturday stay were wonderful and really helpful. Very accomodating. Loved 'homey' the cat. (The sunday staff were less relaxed and were the only reason i wouldn't stay again.)

Nice hostel, very quiet rooms but comfortable beds... only to sleep in as everyone was asleep by 12 when I got in... Steep stairs but all of Amsterdam is like that, breakfast was ok but people smoke even in the morning... Staff were nice and people are great. Didn't feel that my stuff was not safe in the room at all... recommended...

Hotel My Home was a great place to stay. A few minutes away from Central Station and to coffee shops. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast consisted of eggs with cheese, bread and coffee or tea. Be prepared to climb up a steep set of stairs.

I really didn’t like that hostel. The staff is false and no character. I booked a room for 5 people and in my last day had one guy more sleeping in floor on the middle of room. It was so uncomfortable. The breakfast is not so good like announced. Have no milk and juice. In my last day I would spend 8 hours travelling, so I asked for another scramble eggs and they didn’t give because it is just 2 eggs for guest, but I don’t believe my first scramble had 2 eggs. Another inconvenient is that have no fridge there when the office is close. Also, have no bar.
Very helpful when it came to arrange beds, good place to stay cheap and close to the city center.

Hotel My Home was fantastic!!! The location is very good, it's just a few streets to the center. The staff are very friendly. Nice breakfast every morning and very confortable rooms. Excellent! If i go back to amsterdam it's defenetely Hostel my home.
