no a/c but a fan does the trick after a shower! staff was really friendly and helpful and the small size of Florence makes the location pretty good - we were able to walk everywhere...overall a fairly enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good central location and ceiling fan was welcome in very hot weather!
I loved this Hotel and would stay there again. It is very close to all the sites and it is very nice and clean. Plus free internet access and they provide free towles.
We had a great stay here. The owners are very friendly. They give you a map of the city and tell where everything is in relation to the hotel and even recommend the best restaurants. There are 2 computers for free internet use which was a plus. The room was huge and had a balcony. It was a great stay.

Great hostel! Our double room was clean and the staff was the friendliest we've had so far. Great location near all the tourist stuff but off the main busy areas. Free internet as well!
